The GAP Management, Operation and Maintenance study is concerned specifically with the development of management systems far the irrigated agriculture that will result from the GAP projects. During recent years great progress has been made under the guidance of DSI with the planning, design and construction of major infrastructure works, such as Ataturk Dam and the Sanliurfa tunnels as well as irrigation distribution works.
